Most recently our water heater broke on Thanksgiving day, Bob responded quickly, came out the next day for initial assessment and replaced the water heater the following Monday. Very friendly guy, he replaced our sump pump, added sump pump lines and also put in a check valve in no time. Everything looks great and he made sure to clean up his mess which most plumbers just don't do. I would definitely recommend Roy's Rooter!
